How do I reset my password?
You can reset your password from the login screen by clicking "Forgot Password" and following the instructions sent to your email.
How do I enable location services for geofencing?
On iOS, go to Settings > RouteBoard > Location and select "Always". On Android, go to Settings > Apps > RouteBoard > Permissions > Location and select "Allow all the time".
Can I use RouteBoard offline?
RouteBoard requires an internet connection to sync your schedule and calculate routes. However, you can view your existing schedule when offline.
How do I connect my Xero account?
Go to Settings > Integrations > Xero and click "Connect". You'll be redirected to Xero to authorise the connection.
How do I delete my account?
You can delete your account from the app settings or by contacting us. There is a 30-day cool-off period during which you can reactivate your account.
Why aren't my geofencing notifications working?
Ensure location services are set to "Always Allow" and that notifications are enabled for RouteBoard. On iOS, also check that Background App Refresh is enabled.
