1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to RouteBoard. By accessing or using our mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.

RouteBoard is operated by Platform21 (ABN: 49 721 370 876), located in Brisbane, Queensland, Australia. References to "we", "us", or "our" mean Platform21 and RouteBoard.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use our Services. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

If you are using the Services on behalf of a business or organisation, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

3. Description of Services

RouteBoard provides scheduling, route optimisation, and business management tools designed for mobile service businesses. Our Services include:

• Job and appointment scheduling with drag-and-drop functionality
• Route optimisation and travel time calculations
• Customer relationship management
• Quote and proposal generation
• Job tracking and reporting
• Geofencing notifications for job site arrivals
• Integration with third-party accounting software (e.g., Xero)

4. User Accounts

4.1 Account Registration

To access certain features of our Services, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

4.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account or any other breach of security.

4.3 Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time through the app settings. Upon deletion request, your account will enter a 30-day cool-off period before permanent deletion. During this period, you may contact us to reactivate your account.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity
• Interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers or networks connected to the Services
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any portion of the Services or any other accounts, computer systems, or networks
• Use any automated means (including bots, scrapers, or spiders) to access the Services
• Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or other malicious code
• Collect or harvest personal information about other users without their consent
• Use the Services to send spam or unsolicited communications
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of the Services

6. User Content

6.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you upload, submit, or create through our Services ("User Content"), including customer data, job information, and photos. By uploading User Content, you grant us a limited licence to store, process, and display such content solely for the purpose of providing the Services to you.

6.2 Responsibility for Content

You are solely responsible for your User Content and represent that you have all necessary rights and permissions to upload and use such content. You agree not to upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights, violates privacy rights, or is otherwise unlawful.

7. Intellectual Property

The Services and all associated content, features, and functionality (excluding User Content) are owned by Platform21 and are protected by Australian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

"RouteBoard" and our logo are trademarks of Platform21. You may not use our trademarks without our prior written consent.

8. Third-Party Services

Our Services may integrate with or contain links to third-party services (such as Xero, Google Maps, and others). Your use of such third-party services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party services.

9. Pricing

RouteBoard is currently offered as a free service. We reserve the right to introduce paid features or subscription plans in the future. If we do so, we will provide advance notice and updated terms regarding pricing and payment.

10. Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:

• The Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• The results obtained from the Services will be accurate or reliable
• Any errors in the Services will be corrected

Route optimisation and travel time estimates are provided for guidance only and should not be relied upon as definitive. Actual travel times may vary due to traffic, weather, and other conditions.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PLATFORM21, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

• Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Services
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Services
• Any content obtained from the Services
• Unauthorised access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Platform21 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt arising from your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Queensland, Australia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland, Australia.

15. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice through the Services or by other means. Your continued use of the Services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall be enforced to the fullest extent under law.
